다음은 간단한 업무 개요입니다.
"Serves as a senior Geologist in the Environmental Section, and is
principally involved in the scientific characterization of subsurface
conditions in support of District design and construction activities. 
Applies expertise in geology, groundwater hydrology, geophysics,
geochemistry, soil and rock mechanics, and the methods of geotechnical
site investigations to applications in foundation and pavement
engineering, earthwork and site drainage, slope stability, underground
construction, groundwater resource development, and environmental
projects.  Plans, performs, and oversees field investigations and
laboratory testing work.  Makes extensive use of computer technology and
specialty software programs in the reduction, analysis, and presentation
of project data."
