형 태 (Morphology)아주 작은 많은 홈들이 두부(cephalon)의 표면을 장식하고 있는 이 삼엽충의 미간은 매우 크지만 측미간주름은 매우 희미하거나 잘 관찰되지 않는다. 후두부고리에는 뒤쪽방향으로 긴 고리가 돌출되어 있고 고정볼은 좁다. 미부는 반원형이고 4개의 축엽과 4쌍의 늑막주름이 깊고 넓게 발달된다. 6쌍의 미부골침 중 처음 4쌍은 크기와 모양이 거의 비슷하나 5번째의 골침은 다른 것들에 비해 훨씬 굵고 길며 맨 뒤에 있는 6번째의 골침은 매우 짧다.

특 징 (Remarks)이 종은 영월지역의 마차리층 최하부(Tonkinella breviceps대)에서 산출되며 태백층군 대기층의 Kootenia damesi 및 북한의 중화에서 산출된 Kootenia asiatica와 동종이다. 이 종의 미부는 Kootenia의 미부와 매우 유사하나 이 종 5번째 쌍의 골침은 나머지 것들보다 훨씬 크고 굵은 반면, 맨 뒤의 여섯 번째 쌍의 골침이 매우 짧기 때문에 Dorypyge에 속한다.
