형 태 (Morphology)두부는 난형이며 표면은 매끄럽고 두부연변과 연변주름이 없는 후기 캄브리아기의 아그노스티드 삼엽충이다. 길이에 비해 폭이 약간 넓으며 미간은 매우 희미하게 인지되거나 윤곽이 잘 보이지 않는다. 기저엽편은 관찰되지 않는다. 미부(pygidium)는 타원형이며 미부 연변과 연변주름은 넓다. 미부축엽은 잘 인지되지 않으며 후미부골침은 없다.

특 징 (Remarks)비교적 긴 층서구간에 걸쳐 산출되며 마차리층(Glyptagnostus reticulatus대, Proceratopyge tenue대, Hancrania brevilimbata대, Eugonocare longifrons대)의 후기 캄브리아기 전기 구간에서 산출된다. Kobayashi가 보고한 Agnostus (Lejopyge?) obsoletus와 Phoidagnostus obsoletus는 모두 Peratagnostus obsoletus와 동종이며, 중국에서 보고된 Peratagnostus sinicus도 이 종과 동종이다.
