형 태 (Morphology)미간(眉間)은 앞쪽으로 가면서 좁아지고 3쌍의 깊은 측미간주름이 발달해 있다. 안검엽은 초승달 모양이고 안융기는 돌출되어 있다. 전부안선은 거의 평행하고 긴 유리볼침이 있다. 미부는 거의 5각형이며 5개의 축환이 있다.

특 징 (Remarks)이 종은 강원도 태백지역의 전기 오르도비스기 지층인 두무골층(Protopliomerops대)과 막골층(Clarkella대), 영월지역의 문곡층 (두목층원의 Shumardia pellizzarii대) 그리고 호주 Tasmania의 Florentine Valley층에서 산출된다.
