학 명 (Scientific Name)	Hukasawaia cylindrica (Kobayashi, 1953)
형 태 (Morphology)	짧은 3쌍의 측미간주름이 발달해 있고 후두부고리는 뒤쪽으로 초승달 모양이다. 전미간면적은 거의 없거나 매우 짧고 초승달 모양의 안검엽은 비교적 크다. 좌우전부안선은 전면으로 가면서 벌어진다.

특 징 (Remarks)	영월지역의 문곡층 상부 (두목층원의 Shumardia pellizzarii대)에서 산출된다.
