형 태 (Morphology)좌우가 거의 평행한 미간은 두 갈래로 갈라지는 3쌍의 측미간주름을 갖고 있으며 표면은 작은 돌기들로 덮여 있다. 두부연변은 위로 높이 솟아 있으며 두부연변주름은 매우 깊다. 안선은 매우 뚜렷하고 후두부고리에는 긴 고리침이 있다. 미부는 반원형이고 7쌍의 늑막주름과 4쌍의 유사한 크기의 미부골침이 있다. 작은 중앙돌기를 갖는 4개의 미부 축환과 말단 축환이 발달한다.

특 징 (Remarks)Olenoides inflatus는 마차리층 최하부(Tonkinella breviceps대)의 백운암질 석회암에서 산출된다. 4쌍의 미부골침을 갖고 있는 점에서 Olenoides curticei 및 O. pugio와 유사하나 축엽이 더 좁다. 마차리층에서 이 종의 크라니디움과 미부(pygidium)는 각각 분리된 상태로 매우 풍부하게 산출된다.
